Heyyyy it's the other roommate here. Eli is, uh, awkward and shy and jumpy, and is probably pretty uncomfortable with Wally because of his temper. He just wants big nothing to do with that thanks!!!! He hates it when Dustin and Wally fight!!!! Eli's a quiet roommate, though, and will do his best to not add to the drama.

Neal is student council president, so like, don't fight or steal please? :)))

So as long as Eli doesn't touch his stuff, I can't see Wally getting mad at him? So there's not likely to be a ton of conflict in the room itself, aside from Dustin trying to rehab Wally's tortured soul.
