tbh, i think that neal may be one of the few people who knows petra pretty well? she likes people who are big and bold and neal is definitely that!! and even tho she can be muleish and it's possible she's butt heads with neal during student council, i think that she thinks of neal as aaaaaalmost like a mentor for her so :>
