I buy cheapo sheet masks so i can just slap one on and watch youtube for 15 minutes.

what would you recommend? i've never even TRIED to look into it so the only thing i know i could buy for sure is a cucumber for my eyes

You can get variety packs off Amazon for like $10 or less that aren't very fancy but work just for like... moisturizing and soothing and I have a ton of those. BUT, my personal favorite brands are Soo Ae, Tonymoly and Skinfood. Korean skincare is trendy but I like it because it's drugstore prices with Sephora quality.
