my fave strategy for temp badbrain is to just full on laugh at myself like when i have a bugfuck insane thought i'm just like "lmao nice FUCKING try" but anyway hang in there may this transition period be short

Luckily most of the thoughts have been super fucking dumb (what if...... this person who said they liked your character actually doesn't) so I've been able to NOT LINGER, and hopefully I will even out by the time Chicago rolls around!!!
