I just got out of a meeting that I've been dreading for the last five days with such ferocity that I have actually thrown up over it. Less bad than I thought in the end but we are doing away with paid time off and allowing "unlimited unpaid time...within reason" while also swapping to a new system of monitoring productivity. And I am pretty sure I'm still not internalizing all this information because all I feel right now is glad that I don't want to throw up anymore.
