this is dumb and random but i think atticus would also try to make them do like self-reflection at senior swords dinner like "what did i do well this week, what do i want to improve on next week". i think they're all kind of high-strung and like... want to do well, whether it be at school or for squad stuff, so i think i could be interesting to have them have those kinds of convos and also help them bond
