ROOMMATES: Sabrina Lane and Nora Lee
DECORATIONS: Electronics on her desk, her side of the wall covered in decorative things that are pleasing to her eyes. Lots of purples and ocean colors, maybe seashells and tarot cards about. It's not horrifically messy or anything but it could be called cluttered to others. It's organized in her own way, though. pinterest.
TIDINESS: She's not a slob but she's not always neat. Her shit stays on her side of the room though.
STANDARDS: As long as it doesn't smell like death and they keep their stuff away from hers, she doesn't care.
PET PEEVES: I can't think of anything right now.
HABITS: She might go running in the morning, but nothing major?
HIDDEN TREASURES: Not really. They probably know she has booze, cigarettes, and weed hidden around.
SLEEPING HABITS: She doesn't tend to sleep early or wake early if she doesn't have to. She tosses and turns a lot, stares at the ceiling, rolls around, etc. in attempt to get comfortable and fall asleep at night, but it's not the easiest for her. Has nightmares but no one probably notices unless they watch her roll around.
BATHROOM HABITS: She spends maybe 10-15 minutes in the shower. Most of her time is spent doing stuff before and after showering, like brushing her hair and moisturizing and what not.
COMMON ROOM: If no one is around she might take over the tv or something. She doesn't leave her crap lying around or anything because she doesn't want it to get taken.

ROOMMATES: Kyra Wilke & Eva Crawford
DECORATIONS: Hey uuuuuuhhhhh I hope you like pink and glitter!! Hadlee's space looks like it's that of a six year old girl that's obsessed with princesses. It's pink and sparkly and fuzzy, though most of her things are clearly pageant winnings and not just stuff that she owns. There are a lot of crowns on top of her dresser, of varying levels of ridiculousness, as well as sashes. She brought a vey furry blanket with her too. Her only attempt at privacy is a pink bead curtain hung under her bed. It's 0% privacy. Maybe 5% if you're generous.
TIDINESS: Hadlee's not messy, per se, but she does have a lot of crowns so her space can look a bit cluttered. It mostly stays in her space, though. She kicks off her shoes the moment she's in the common room and just sort of leaves them, there, so, uh, at least they're not all over the place in the room?
STANDARDS: Not much, except for leaving the walkway clear and not like... super rooting around in her stuff. She doesn't care if people borrow her crowns (everyone needs to feel like a queen sometimes, right?), but for most other items she'd prefer you ask. She doesn't assume she can just use other people's things though, at least. And just, like, don't be a trash roomie, ok?
PET PEEVES: NOPE, Hadlee is pretty easy to live with most of the time because she doesn't ask for much.
HABITS: She wears her crowns... a lot. Good mood? There's a crown for that! Bad mood? There's a crown for that! Please don't question it, thank you.
HIDDEN TREASURES: While not entirely a secret, Hadlee does have headshots from pageants (from ages 6-14!!!) in her desk. They're signed. If she's feeling particularly obnoxious she'll give one to someone. Have you ever seen glitz pageant headshots? They're horrifying. She doesn't advertise that she has a bunch, though. She has a drawer full of candy. Like. Holy shit full. It's not a secret, really, but good lord is it a lot.
SLEEPING HABITS: Hadlee's sleep schedule is somewhat erratic, but she does sleep pretty soundly so you don't have to worry too much about waking her up. She talks in her sleep a little bit, though.
What's the character's sleep schedule? When do they get up/when do they go to sleep? Do they talk in their sleep? Do they snore? Are they a light sleeper?
BATHROOM HABITS: On a regular day, Hadlee spends nearly no time in the bathroom. Sure, she puts on some, like, CC cream, and brushes her hair, but unless she's in pageant mode she doesn't make that much of an effort. She showers in the evenings, and, uhhhhh definitely sings in the shower, though she'll deny it. Even though you can definitely hear her. When she is getting dolled up, though, be prepared for a lot of perfume and 10 years of make-up and hair.
COMMON ROOM: Can try to take it over if she needs it for something (excuse me she's having a crown fashion show, here), but otherwise is pretty respectful of it being a public space. Except that she leaves her shoes there. Sorry?

ROOMMATES: Adam Ho & Atticus
FinchStarling.DECORATIONS: Next to nothing - Scout is practical and doesn't get a ton of out material things, so his space is virtually undecorated and is generally pretty sparse. The only thing in abundance are notebooks, filled with class notes, his schedule, daily habits, etc. Those are all very neatly organized, though, and are often put away. There's one framed picture of his family (dogs included, of course).
TIDINESS: Neat neat neat. Scout gets a lot of calming energy out of having a well-organized living area, so he keeps his things pretty meticulously. He never leaves anything anywhere, he folds his laundry into perfect little squares immediately out of the dryer, and his shoes are definitely off at the door.
STANDARDS: Despite wanting his own things to be very, very neat, Scout has a hard time asking too much of others around him. Part of this is that, unless someone is really messy, it doesn't bother him all that much if their things aren't just so, as long as his are. The other part is just that he doesn't want to impose his needs on others. All he asks is that his roomies be understanding when he sometimes takes up a chunk of the room ironing! He'll iron some of your shirts, too!! He would never take anyone's things without asking (and sort of hopes everyone else would extend him the same courtesy).
PET PEEVES: Uhh, like, don't asking about his sleeping habits??
HABITS: Scout writes down almost everything he does, and the time he does it. It's not necessarily clear that that's what he's doing, but he's obviously writing something down constantly. He's in and out a lot, and often comes back to the room late, even if he's just been in the common room reading (he'll be quiet, he promises!)
HIDDEN TREASURES: An eagle scout neckerchief and slide. He's not sure why he has this at school (it's because it gives him a bit of pride), but he doesn't really want anyone to know he has it because it's kind of embarrassing. Also, please no one look at his daily life log. He'd be mortified.
SLEEPING HABITS: Scout is not great at sleeping. He tries to cram too much into the day, and so, as previously mentioned, he's generally out of the room until fairly late studying, or reading, or trying to improve himself in some way. When he does finally try to sleep, he often struggles to shut his brain off enough to fall asleep. He's not a light sleeper, but he's a restless one, and he moves around a lot once he does finally fall asleep. He gets up early so he can run every morning.
BATHROOM HABITS: Showers in the morning after his run, and sometimes again at night if he's having a hard time falling asleep. Puts some stuff in his hair, and then is pretty done - very low maintenance. If you want to bully him into doing a mask or something, it wouldn't be hard. Always clean-shaven.
COMMON ROOM: Very respectful of this being shared space - rarely takes up much room, and tries not to get in anyone's way. Spends a not inconsequential amount of time there studying or reading.

ROOMMATES: Eli Gardner & Wallace Dunn
DECORATIONS: Very few. It's not utilitarian, precisely, so much as... not decorated? If Dustin is the oatmeal of people, his room is the oatmeal of rooms. It looks perfectly nice and also just like it came: standard bed, dresser, etc. If there's any touch of personalisation, it's in Dustin's desk. He brought a whole boxful books from home — some fancy leather-bound types and some raggedly paperbacks — which he keeps stacked on top. He also has a few tiny potted plants there, mint and basil and a wee succulent, which he tends to with reverence, if without any expertise.
TIDINESS: Not obsessively neat by any means, but he's an absentminded tidier and if you put laundry in front of him while he's distracted, he'll definitely just fold it. Even if it's not his, so sorry, Eli. Anyway, his space is pretty clean. He makes his bed when he remembers, which is a little over half the time.
STANDARDS: He's easy. Quiet in the evenings would be nice? He'd really like to have a little peace and privacy at the end of the day, but..... oops, boarding school, lmfao. That said, Dustin's no more likely to relax in his own company than he is in the company of others, so it's fffine. Mostly he's just sort of precious about his daily rituals and he knows that's weird, so he'd rather nobody see him, lol.
PET PEEVES: I don't know what gets on Dustin's nerves yet, but I'm very sure something does. I'm also very sure that he's unlikely to confront it in any reasonable way. Pet peeves are met with a smile; hell, maybe he spends more time around the person while they're doing the thing in an attempt to inure himself to his own annoyance.
HABITS: Ah. Early riser. On M/W/F, he goes for a jog, which he hates. On T/Th/Sa, he swims, and actually, that he very much enjoys. Afterwards, he showers, eats breakfast, and takes a beat to like.... sit and contemplate. His swimming takes longer than his running does, so he has extra time in those mornings, but instead of sleeping in, he uses the time to read or to write more in his journal. Sun morning and also most Sat evenings, he walks into town.
HIDDEN TREASURES: Dustin keeps his booze in his underwear drawer. He keeps his journal there too. One, he'll happily share and the other, he hopes no one will ever discover.
SLEEPING HABITS: Oh, ya boy does not sleep enough, lmfao. He wakes up at 5:30 most mornings and he goes to sleep at 11 at the earliest, usually closer to midnight. Wakes at odd hours. He's got a tendency to get caught up in weird dumb thoughts and then the next thing he knows, it's 2am. Also, he definitely sleep walks, so you're welcome, roomies. Just very bad all around.
BATHROOM HABITS: Showers twice a day, minimum. Uses two-in-one shampoo. Rarely takes more than five-ten minutes. If he's in the bathroom for longer than that, it's because he's being Weird. Essentially, he's not fastidious, but he does very much like to be clean, and with all that training, he pretty much has to hit the showers in the morning and at night.
COMMON ROOM: Dustin treats it as a place to host guests and, perhaps unfortunately, he'll open the doors to anyone who wants in. They're all lucky this is a closed campus or else the Cups boys could walk in to find random strangers napping on their couch. Dustin, meanwhile, doesn't hang out there much himself.

ROOMMATES: Scout & Adam
DECORATIONS: If you didn't know he lived here, it'd be hard to tell he lives here. He does have three (3) potted plants in the room: a devil's ivy that lives on his desk, a small ficus tree that gets moved around depending on how it feels about sun today, and some yellow pansies on the window sill to liven the place up (not his words, but fully his intention).
TIDINESS: Has basically no possessions to leave lying around, which is functionally like tidiness. He never makes his bed, though.
STANDARDS: To be left alone when he's studying. To not be woken up when he's sleeping. General interpersonal courtesy. For the most part he really doesn't care what Adam and Scout do in the room, as long as they're not making it literally uninhabitable for him.
PET PEEVES: He does not like people borrowing his things, even if it's like a pencil or something. He also doesn't like it when people go through his things, even if they don't take anything.
HABITS: Reads a lot, usually on his bed but sometimes at his desk. He tends to spend more time in his room than the common room, especially if Scout and Adam aren't around. When he's in the room he usually has conspicuous over-the-ear headphones on to drown out any potential socializing that might be happening in the vicinity.
HIDDEN TREASURES: Everything he owns is kept in a single drawer of his dresser, with the exception of his school clothes, which are hung up. He has a bunch of bracelets, necklaces, rings, and other knick-knacks he's collected over the years. He also has exactly one picture of his mother, the standard glossy kind you'd get from a 1 hour photo. It's been folded twice and it's very worn out. It's usually tucked into his bedframe somewhere. He keeps cigarettes in his otherwise empty desk drawer, where they'd be fairly easy to find.
SLEEPING HABITS: Bad. He sleeps when he's tired, which is never the right times for him to be sleeping. Sometimes he stays up very late, sometimes he's in bed by 10pm. Some days he's up with the dawn to work out or go jogging, some weekends he sleeps in til noon. Very often he finds himself waking up about ten minutes before class because he didn't sleep well or long enough the night before. Frequently naps in the afternoon or early evening.
BATHROOM HABITS: Showers in the evening, after working out, and sometimes in the morning when he has time, but isn't fussy about it. Only takes him a few minutes. Totally possible to have 3 showers in a single day if he's not paying attention to what he's done already that day. This is the only thing that stops him from being completely unwashed at all times, because he does not do his laundry as often as he should. Also, he needs to get a better shampoo for his bad bad hair because right now he's using some kind of head-n-shoulders 2 in 1.
COMMON ROOM: Rarely in there, unless there's something going on and he's making an active effort to socialize. Very late at night he sometimes reads in there if his roommates are asleep, and he can very, VERY occasionally be cause hanging out with house dog Dakota.

ROOMMATES: Shiloh Sadler & Luke Pokorny, the most popular boys in school.
DECORATIONS: God, I left this for last because I honestly don't know?? What do boys put on their walls. He might have like, a picture of Gremlin the Cat on his desk. But there are a lot more on Gremlin's Instagram so it's not super necessary.
TIDINESS: Marzio likes it when things are clean, but putting things in the hamper and making his bed is so hard??? He comes back to the room and kicks off his shoes and then he's just tired. Why couldn't he bring his Roomba to school?? Generally if someone points out that he's just left food sitting somewhere or, dude, can you please just put your underwear in the hamper, he'll do it. Just, like, begrudgingly.
STANDARDS: Look, just don't stink up the room. You're all gross.
PET PEEVES: Oh, I'm sure Marzio has a ton. He needs it to be quiet so he can sleep, and he likes the room to be at a specific temperature, and why are you up so late studying??? Ugh, studying should have a curfew. He does not voice most of these peeves, he just complains to other people a lot about how he's so tired.
HABITS: Oh god they've probably caught him facetiming his brother and yelling at him to put Gremlin on the phone!!! He has to sing Gremlin happy birthday!!!!
HIDDEN TREASURES: He paid a townie $20 for a gram of weed and he has it under his mattress but last time he tried it he coughed really hard and thought he was going to die so it's just going to stay there for the rest of time.
SLEEPING HABITS: Marzio likes his sleep. He's not terribly structured about it, but he doesn't like stay up late studying, and he will never voluntarily be all, "hey! let's get up early and go for a run!" He likes running. But he's 15 and likes sleeping more.
BATHROOM HABITS: Oh, he wastes some time in the bathroom. He takes a shower every morning, and if he has training or athletics or just, like, gets kind of sweaty during the day, he takes one in the evening, too. Then there's the moisturizing, the hair sculpting, the admiring himself in the mirror, deciding if he should pluck his eyebrows, fretting over his pores and what looks like a pimple on his chin???? What is that????
COMMON ROOM: Marzio treats it like a living room. He goes in there to bother some people, pull his sister's hair, complain loudly, flop all over the couches, and then he retreats to his room. If anyone decides to decorate the common room he probably just assumes they were told they can, and even if he doesn't like it then it's probably fine??? Even if it's something incredibly dumb??

ROOMMATES: Pearl Kline & Justice Bishop
DECORATIONS: Bare bones. Her desk is organized to a T. There isn't much on it, and when there is, it's neatly-stacked school work. The wall is reserved for a comprehensive post-it system that tells her about deadlines and project progress. The door to her wardrobe is the one exception and it's covered in photos of her family and close friends, including postcards they've sent her and drawings from her siblings. So many drawings.
The other exception is the small Cutiefly and Stufful plushies in her bed. They're her twin siblings' favourite Pokémon and even though Kodi couldn't care less about the games, the toys remind her of the twins and give her the warm fuzzies.
TIDINESS: METICULOUS. No mess for roomies, shoes off at the door, and if it's getting messy because of someone else she'll just tell them to pick up their shit.
STANDARDS: She's fine with sharing because she's used to it but you've got to ask first, and if she wants quiet time she'll go to the damn library.
PET PEEVES: Just keep the common areas clean and for the love of God DON'T TALK TO HER WHEN SHE'S STUDYING.
HABITS: Kodi gets up at ass-o'clock for her workout regimen every day. She hates being covered in dirt. If she's close with you she's v v v physically affectionate and will never hesitate to hug you or hold your hand or tell you you're beautiful and brilliant and deserve nothing short of THE ABSOLUTE BEST. Also hey she never cries in the dorm or in public — only in the shower. (Obvs you needed to know this.)
HIDDEN TREASURES: Booze stash. Cigarette stash. Weed stash. Waaaaaay back behind her clothes.
SLEEPING HABITS: She goes to bed later than she should because she has too much work to do, always, but at least she usually sleeps like a rock. She wakes at BUTTFUCK O'CLOCK to go for a run, which is usually followed by strength training.
BATHROOM HABITS: Shower after workouts, always, erry day. She doesn't tend use things that smell like other things unless they were gifts.
COMMON ROOM: It's a common space but it's also not uncommon to see her surrounded by textbooks with headphones in. If she's on Relaxin' Hours, she tends to sprawl out over whatever seating she happens to occupy. This can include a friend's seat, or the friend, period.
