Sooooo Russ can definitely go up on Neal's wanted board, but Neal is generally entertained by Russ and Sully... so long as no one gets hurt. He's a pretty lax president, but does get his hackles up if things cross a line. As far as general harmless hijinks go, though, he turns a blind eye or even finds some amusement in it. He's a big flirt and can be lured into fooling around, but is secretly fairly emotionless and distant.
Eli.... loves hot messes and thinks Russ is cute, but he's got it bad for Sully. All the same, Russ could probably turn him into a stammering mess with minimal effort.

Hey so OBV Sully and Russ are pals and they are bandmates and squadmates and bad bad boys. I think Sully, shockingly, is probably the most low key of the senior wands. Which is not saying much in the grand scheme of things. But, like, he's not going to participate in ruffian fights but he might hang out drinking a juice box and offering compliments and color commentary and improvised music. "Oh, Russy, that purple on your face really brings out your eyes." "Emma Lane My Candy Cane, best left hook in the grand state of Maine." Just. Embarrassing shit like that. He's more interested in the distinctly harmless fun. Or the fun that only gets him and willing parties in trouble (e.g. stealing a shopping cart and coming back with a ton of popsicles). Iyam excite.

OKAY. I don't have a ton for Russ, but...
Adam is torn when it comes to Russ in the same way he's torn when it comes to Sully. He likes people that will facilitate a good party but he's also immensely short-tempered and probably gets pissed off at him on the regular. Honestly, Russ might have fun with him just because it's so easy to rile him up. He's also volatile and likes to fight, but he won't be doing the 'ruffian' random fights thing because he got kicked out of one school for fighting already and that was enough, thanks. But he'd be up for additional combat training pretty much always. Aaaand he's also exceptional at math (he and Eli were baby mathletes back in the day), so he's probably....stupidly competitive about it. He wants to find flaws in Russ' equations. :|

Dallas is up for the band stuff if you want a bb soph in the band BUT any chance he could be new to it this year? I only ask because Kay and I have established that Lucy and Dallas don't really know each other and that'd be weird if they were in a band together.
