Getting up early also means time to clear my head. I get to do what I want before the day starts. I don’t wake up and go straight into things I don’t like doing. It gives time to improve my mood before heading into the less ideal parts of the day. Then I get to unwind after, too. Getting up early only feels like work if you never do it.
